Leo D’Cruz
Founder
Leo D’Cruz has spent twenty years delivering strategic counsel to boards, foundations, and campaigns through their most consequential decisions. He has served as long-term advisor to the $270 million Haile Foundation and as architect of a $1 billion regional philanthropic investment initiative, conceived and designed for Haile and now being built by the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. He co-founded and led Reverb, an 18-person full-service design and communications firm, for eight years, and secured and stewarded government and foundation grants and contracts from $50,000 to $1.6 million.
His work sits where complex evidence must become a clear decision. That has meant IRB-approved primary research before a statewide public health campaign was designed; a county’s first public State of HIV report; and counsel to institutions ranging from a historic public market to presidential campaigns. The common thread is translating research, data, and competing interests into judgment upon which people can reliably act.
